To ensure the highest level of care, safety and respect for everyone's time please review our policies.

Appointments are required for all services. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure adequate treatment time.

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your treatment cost. Deposits may be forfeited for missed appointments or late cancellations.

To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation or no-show policy.

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, all services and products are non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us so we can evaluate and determine the best solution.

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

All treatments are performed under medical guidelines. Clients must complete a health history and consent forms prior to treatment. Some treatments may not be appropriate for all individuals.

The safety and well-being of our clients and staff are our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, medical contraindications, or failure to follow clinic policies.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.

Clients who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service and asked to reschedule their appointment.
